Also, I just wanted to say a very big thank you to yourself and Brian for all your help with both the selection of the saddle and the very “extended” trial period that I was allowed to indulge in. As I am sure you are no doubt aware poor customer service is the bane of modern society I think and therefore we seem to have become tolerant of it to the point of almost accepting it as a given. It is therefore refreshing that you still encounter such excellent company’s as your own with such a committed attitude and understanding of customer needs. 10/10 to all of you for the service that you offer, long may it continue. Additionally, extra thanks are due for allowing me the early purchase of the Blaster, I still feel a little honoured every time I take the bike out and ride on it to have it.
Please, if anyone is looking unsure about using the SMP service or the Blaster in itself then don’t hesitate to use me as an example of one very satisfied customer on both counts.
Of course, the only downside for you guys is that I probably won’t need a new saddle until this one wears out but I’ll keep an eye on the site and see what’s new from time to time.
